Vision
To establish a society with equal rights for men and women.
Mission
To bring consciousness, awareness, and upliftment to villagers, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable populations on their fundamental rights through education, people’s support, and community-led participation.
Our Core Objectives
MMBA operates with clearly defined objectives that guide all our interventions:
- To improve the social, political, educational, and economic conditions of deprived, vulnerable, and people in need
- To fight against social evils prevalent in society
- To create awareness about fundamental rights among people
- To work against exploitation of women, girls, and persons with disabilities
- To create awareness for protection of water resources and natural resource management
- To conduct research and studies on social and scientific issues for development
- To strengthen the Panchayati Raj system for developmental activities
- To create income generation activities for women
- To support villagers for betterment of education, especially for girls and vulnerable youth
- To enhance youth employability and facilitate personal growth
Target Group
Across all our programs, we focus on women, youth, Dalits, minorities, DNT/NT/SNT communities, and persons with disabilities — those who are often left out of development conversations.
Our Belief
We believe that development is not something we “do for” communities — it is something we do with them. Every woman who starts her own enterprise, every girl who goes back to school, every artisan who finds a buyer, and every youth who earns their first salary — they are leaders of change, not beneficiaries.
Our Strengths
- Deep community trust built over three decades
- A strong network of SHGs, federations, artisan clusters, and PwD collectives
- Proven ability to implement large-scale skill development, education, and livelihood programs
- Fully equipped residential training center with AEBAS, smart labs, and accessibility for PwDs
- A legacy of working inclusively across caste, religion, gender, and disability
