Governing Body

  • Executive Committee: Policy-making body overseeing all operations

Operational Structure

The organization functions through specialized divisions:

  • Program Division: Implements projects through field offices with dedicated coordinators
  • Administration Division: Manages procurement, supply, recruitment, and personnel
  • Finance and Accounts Division: Oversees fund management and maintains strict accountability
  • Training and Materials Development Division: Provides technical services and develops educational materials
  • Documentation and Monitoring Division: Conducts research, documentation, and project monitoring

Accountability Mechanisms

  • Monthly Progress Review Meetings at field and headquarters levels

Staff Strength: 450+ full-time staff and 300+ community-level volunteers. District and block coordinators are embedded in communities to ensure last-mile delivery.

Our programs are implemented through decentralized teams, with robust systems for planning, monitoring, and accountability. We work closely with Panchayati Raj Institutions, government departments, CSR partners, and local networks to amplify impact.
